Hello 👋 I am a clinical leader in the NHS with a strong interest in enabling staff to implement digital change in community settings. This website is an attempt to ‘show my work’ - most of the work being in the library.

I trained as a Speech and Language Therapist and have since worked in a wide variety of health care settings including Specialist Colleges, Community Learning Disability Services, Special Schools, Mainstream Schools, Neonatal and Pre-School Special Needs and Secure Mental Health settings. I am currently an operational lead in a community team, providing leadership to assistive technology, heart failure, cardiac rehab and parkinson’s teams.

I’ve got a wide variety of different interests in implementation of healthcare, with particular interests in:

• Implementation of digital healthcare including implementation (how do we implement with staff)
• Digital literacy and digital poverty
• Healthcare in rural settings and coastal communities
• System working

I have a BSc. in Speech and Language Therapy, an MSc. in Healthcare Leadership and currently completing a PGDip in Digital Healthcare Leadership.
